Leo is an experienced Local Government leader having worked in a variety of positions overseeing public and environmental health, immunisation, emergency management, local laws, and currently holds the position of Team Leader Health Services at City of Boroondara. Leo has spent his career in Local Government developing relationships with stakeholders. He finds great joy in bringing together teams in the journey of change and process improvement.

 

Leo has completed a Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Public and Environmental) and a Diploma of Business. Recently, Leo assisted with the bushfire recovery in East Gippsland as well as supporting Boroondara through the COVID19 crisis.

 

In addition to Innovation Youth Centre, Leo volunteers with Environmental Health Professionals Australia, the peak organisation representing Environmental Health Officers and is the special interest group convener for public health and wellbeing.
