Innovation Youth Centre (IYC) is open to service users and community feedback to always improve our service. Complaints are taken very seriously at IYC and will be reviewed, investigated, and actioned fairly with all information taken into account to process and resolve the complaint. Please refer to the IYC complaints policy attached and please call and ask for Director, and if the complaint has a conflict of interest with the Director the Chair of the IYC Board of Management can be contacted.
