IYC under COVID-19: Youth Reference Group Create the Survival & Thrive Manual.

IYC Youth Board Member Maria Matthews and IYC Youth Reference Group (YRG) have been developing The Survival & Thrive Manual as a resource to help young people in lockdown for COVID 19 in Melbourne's North. The resource manual can be used as a guide for other regions around Australia, yet is targeted for young people in the northern suburbs with mentions of other local services and leaders. The YRG team had meetings over Facebook and zoom being innovative in these hard times, recognising that there is a need for a manual with information of community services, government initiatives, and boredom buster ideas for young people.
