Using the theory of innovation and social entrepreneurship to create resources and skills to add value to the participants involved and the organisation.

SERVICES & PROGRAMS

Motorvational Speaking & Mentoring  

 

Motivational speaking involves delivering speeches to inspire, encourage, or motivate an audience to take action or improve themselves. Mentoring is a mutually beneficial relationship where a more experienced person (the mentor) guides, supports, and encourages someone (the mentee) to achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Team Building , Facilitation & Support: Training   

 

Encompass activities, programs, and guidance designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and collaboration within a group. These efforts aim to improve social interactions, foster a positive work environment, and boost productivity.  

 

Planning Day, Facilitation & Support: Training 

Training facilitation refers to the process of guiding and supporting the learning experience of participants in a training program or workshop. It involves creating a conducive learning environment, engaging participants in meaningful activities, and helping them acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence: Training   

Aims to help individuals understand and manage their emotions, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. These programs typically focus on developing core skills.

 

Personal Growth and Proffesional Development: Training 

 

The process of guiding and supporting the learning experience of participants in a training program or workshop. It involves creating a conducive learning environment, engaging participants in meaningful activities, and helping them acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Work Life & Personal Life Balance: Workshops  

 

Training sessions that help individuals and teams learn strategies to manage their professional and personal lives effectively. They aim to improve overall well-being, reduce stress, and enhance productivity by teaching techniques for time management, setting boundaries, and communicating effectively.

 

Leadership and Innovation: Training  

 

Combining the development of leadership skills with the ability to foster and drive innovation within an organisation. It equips individuals with the knowledge, tools, and mindset to effectively lead, inspire, and motivate teams to create and implement new ideas, processes, and solutions. 

Working with high-risk Young People & Effective Case Management 

 

Focuses on equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to recognise, respond to, and report potential harm or abuse to young people. This training is crucial for professionals working in fields like education, healthcare, and social services, as they have a duty of care to protect vulnerable youth.

Engaging Service Users and Clients to value add to the organisations objectives:  Information Sessions  

 

Service user and client input sessions to improve service quality for organisations, while ownership of the service is shared to meet the organisation's objectives.

Rock and Water Program & Martial Arts - Service User Team Building Programs  

 

A psycho-physical, social-emotional learning intervention designed to enhance resilience, self-awareness, and social skills in children and young people. It uses physical exercises and activities to build self-control, self-reflection, and self-confidence, while also fostering a deeper understanding of emotions and how to interact effectively with others. The "Rock" represents strength and assertiveness, while "Water" symbolises adaptability and calmness, teaching individuals to respond to challenges with both firmness and flexibility.

Hourly Rate $135 plus GST (Includes Travel Time and Materials) 

 

Minimum consulting time outside of Melbourne - 5 Hours

 

Minimum consulting time outside of Victoria - 10 Hours
